Description:

The ArtPlay Musical Theatre Intensive offers an exciting opportunity for students ages 12-18 to dive into the world of musical theatre at a pre-professional level. This intensive program is designed for young artists who are passionate about theatre and want to build a strong foundation in musical theatre performance, technique, and industry knowledge.

Over the course of eight dynamic workshops, students will explore key aspects of musical theatre, including vocal technique, acting, movement, and dance. They will also receive hands-on experience in creating and performing musical theatre material, all while working alongside professional industry artists. Through these interactive sessions, students will gain insight into the collaborative nature of theatre, build confidence in their craft, and learn the critical skills needed to pursue a career in the performing arts.

The program concludes with an exciting showcase, where students will present what they've learned and demonstrate their growth as performers. This final presentation will be a celebration of their hard work and a chance for students to shine in front of family, friends, and community members.

If the student is an adult, the student will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be given. If a student becomes ill during a class/camp/workshop, a parent/guardian will be contacted to pick-up their student if needed.
